Terms of Service

Welcome to Parkie Concierge. By utilizing our premium services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement

Parkie provides elite vehicle custody, storage, and concierge maintenance. Our service is rendered subject to the successful verification of client credentials.

2. Liability and Insurance

We are fully bonded and insured. However, clients must ensure their personal belongings are removed from vehicles prior to handover. Parkie assumes liability only for the physical condition of the exterior and mechanical state of the vehicle under our direct care.

3. Cancellation Policy

Modifications or cancellations must be made through our portal at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off or retrieval to avoid penalty fees.
